  • We will officially confirm whether the workshop is going ahead 8 days before the event date.
• Go/No-Go criteria:
  • The workshop takes place as long as a minimum of 5 participants are registered.
• If the workshop is confirmed:
  • You will receive a confirmation email 8 days before the event with arrival details. Once confirmed, last-minute ticket sales remain open until the seats are filled.
• If the workshop is cancelled:
  • If fewer than 5 people register, we will cancel the session 8 days before the event. You will receive a 100% full refund.
• Participant cancellation window:
  • You can cancel your spot for a full refund up to 8 days before the event.
• The 7-Day Lock-in:
  • Due to external studio rental commitments, student cancellations made 7 days or less before the workshop are strictly non-refundable. If you cannot make it inside the 7-day window, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Just email us their name before the workshop starts.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: At the moment, we only accept payments via TWINT and Direct Bank Transfer (Swiss QR-Bill). We are currently working on expanding our system, and further payment options (like credit cards) will be available later!

Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

A: We understand that plans change! You can receive a 100% full refund if you cancel your booking at least 8 days before the scheduled workshop date.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel inside the 7-day window?

A: Within 7 days of the event, tickets become non-refundable because materials have already been purchased for you. However, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at any time. Just drop us a quick email/whatsApp with their name before the session begins.

Q: Can I reschedule my ticket to a different workshop instead?

A: Yes! We are happy to move your booking to any other upcoming workshop of equal value, depending on workshop/seat availability.
